First Date Clothing is an Australian apparel shop designed in Queensland. This policy explains what personal information we collect and why. If you shop from the UK or European Economic Area, we also follow the rules that apply to offering goods there, including consent for non-essential cookies.

What we collect
- Order details: name, email, shipping address, items, size, and payment status
- Account details if you create an account
- Messages you send through the contact form or newsletter signup
- Technical data needed to run the site (cart, currency, security checks)
- Analytics and advertising data only if you accept those cookies — see the cookie policy
We do not store full card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Why we use it
- To take payment, make the products, ship orders, and send order emails (needed to fulfil your order)
- To run your account, cart, and currency preference
- To prevent spam and fraud (Turnstile and similar checks)
- With your consent: to measure site use (Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics) and ads (Meta Pixel)
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs:
- Stripe — payments and tax at checkout
- Printify — printing and shipping
- Resend — order, shipping, and account emails
- Supabase — account login and stored orders
- Vercel — hosting
- Cloudflare — form spam protection
- Google and Meta — only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies
Where data is stored
We are based in Australia. Some providers store or process data in other countries, including the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, that is an international transfer. We use these providers so we can take payment, fulfil orders, and (if you opt in) measure ads.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, returns, and tax. Cookie choices are stored for up to 6 months. You can ask us to delete account data that we are not required to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can reject optional cookies and still use the shop. Change that anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
You can ask for a copy of your information, corrections, or deletion by emailing us. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 16.
